I drink coke all the time, but I can't drink 12 ounces before it gets to room temperature, much less a 20 ounce. And I don't like ice, mainly because it waters it down and becomes undrinkable. And I don't want to get one of those weird freezer mugs.
So I just had the most amazing terrific idea ever.
I'm going to get a couple ice trays and fill them with coke and freeze them and when I get a coke, i'll put coke cubes in it to keep it cold, and when they melt, they won't water down my coke, they'll coke my coke.
HOW COOL IS THAT!!!

that idea is way more intelligent than say.. drinking coke.
has anybody ever heard how if you leave coke in a glass overnight with an iron nail, the entire planet will be melted away? overnight? that means you'll wake up with a hangover AND stomatitis. a severe case of it.

Ever hear that if you freeze a can of coke it will explode? Yea, found that out the hard way. I heard something go boom one day in my dorm room and my fridge door slowly opened... it was freaking awesome, and a mess.

I don't think you're the first person to think of that, Zaphod.  And I really don't think it'll work as well as you think... Try freezing a bottle of Coke (don't fill it completely, of course, allow for some expansion), then letting it thaw... It won't taste like Coke. And it will also be without carbonation. Most of what ruins an old Coke is the lack of carbonation - at least for me. And yeah, even MythBusters tested the Coke dissolve thing. Doesn't work. |

And yeah, even MythBusters tested the Coke dissolve thing. Doesn't work. But they did find that it helped clean rust pretty well. |
